But what about the emotional struggles? The cycle of PMS (premenstrual symptoms) repeats for years and becomes even more challenging as it enters the peri-menopause stage. Nevertheless, there is a way to break free from this cycle of suffering and effectively manage our emotions during these times.

Our mission is to reach out to schools, colleges, orphanages, hospitals, and various societies, making the Me Period program freely available to as many women as possible.

Me Period Program
Offered by Realign Foundation at zero cost, Me Period is an 1 ½ hour in-person (offline) program designed for women aged 11 to 50 years. During the program you will learn IAS (Inner Alignment Sequence) technique.

Regular practice of IAS (Inner Alignment Sequence) empowers you to deal with physical and emotional challenges during pre-menstruation/perimenopause.
